We ship via USPS or FedEX unless otherwise requested.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping rates for bulk quantities are provided by quotation.

Shipping rates for US customers are:

$ 4.50 - $ 24.99 = $5.00
$ 25.00 - $74.99 = $6.50
$75.00 + = $9.50

Returns (non-toilet)
Please ship your return or exchange to the following address:

Please follow these steps:

Write a note describing how you want us to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a refund, or other (please explain)?

Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.

Please provide an email address and telephone number in case we have questions.

Returns (toilets only)
Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition of your toilet. Doing so will make it easier to return if necessary.

Email us at returns@conservationwarehouse.com to let us know you wish to return the toilet. We will email you back within 48 hours with a return address and authorization number.

Immediate Exchanges
You may request an immediate exchange by emailing us at returns@conservationwarehouse.com. We'll need to charge you the purchase price for the second item, but we'll waive the shipping and handling charge. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Our Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund within 1 year.
