    Conservation Warehouse: Returns and Refunds Policy

    We hope you are happy with what you purchased, but if something isn't right, please let us know. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

    Conservation Warehouse offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

    Returns (non-toilet):
    Ship your return or exchange to the following address:

        Riegelsville, PA 18077

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Write a note describing how you want us to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a refund, or other (please explain)?

    2. Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.

    3. Please provide an email address and telephone number in case we have questions.

    Refund Policy (non-toilet)

    • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
    • The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.
    • The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for returning items.
    • We suggest that items be returned with a track-able shipping service (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, FedEx, Ground Freight).
    • We recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
    • Credit will not be given on any product received as damaged.
    • Credit is limited to the purchase price of goods being returned and excludes any and all costs associated with labor, transportation, travel, etc.
    • Note:   If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a track-able method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to provide a refund.


    Did You Receive Damaged Items?
    If your package or merchandise arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please call 1-800-875-2955 within 3 business days of receipt.

    Online Return Policy and Product Exceptions

    Custom Products:   Custom made products are not returnable.

    Customized Orders:   Customized orders including fabricated, special order, and custom made-to-order factory direct items are nonreturnable.

    Special Orders:   Non-catalog items and volume purchases are nonreturnable.

    Returns (toilets / urinals only):

    Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition of your toilet. Doing so will make it easier to return if necessary.

    Email us at returns@conservationwarehouse.com to let us know you wish to return the toilet(s). We will email you back with a return address and authorization number.

    Refund Policy (toilet / urinals only)
    • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
    • The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.
    • There is a 25% restocking fee for any toilets returned.
    • The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise back to our warehouse. Credit will not be given on any product received as damaged.
    • Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer. Shipping charges are not refundable.
    • We suggest that the customer insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Credit will not be given on any product received as damaged.
    • Credit is limited to the purchase price of goods being returned and excludes any and all costs associated with labor, transportation, travel, etc.
    • If a package doesn't arrive at our warehouse and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to provide a refund.

If your package had concealed damage, please call 1-800-875-2955 within 3 business days of receipt. Open boxes to check that none of the toilet china is cracked. If you do not report damage within 3 business days of receipt, we will not be able to provide a replacement or a refund.
