No Question Returns

At Conservation Warehouse International, we make our return policies easy and convenient. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping charges).

Returns (non-toilet):
Ship your return or exchange to the following address:

      Kintnersville, PA 18930

Please follow these steps:

1. 1. Write a note describing how you want us to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a refund, or other (please explain)?
2. 2. Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
3. 3. Please provide an email address and telephone number in case we have questions.

Returns (toilets only):
Please retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition of your toilet. Doing so will make it easier to return if necessary.

Email us at returns@conservationwarehouse.com to let us know you wish to return the toilet. We will email you back within 48 hours with a return address and authorization number.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrived damaged in transit, please note the damage next to your signature at the time of delivery. If your package had concealed damage, please call 1-800-875-2955 within 3 business days of receipt.

Immediate Exchanges:
You may request an immediate exchange by emailing us at returns@conservationwarehouse.com. We'll need to charge you the purchase price for the second item, but we'll waive the shipping and handling charge. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.
